Our online client portal gives you access to a great selection of features including:
Scheduling
- View your upcoming appointments on a calendar
- Request new appointments directly through the online system
- Message us to change existing appointments
- Add notes and specific requests such as feeding instructions,medications,changes in routine etc.
- The system lets you select time blocks for visits (such as 7-10am), but you can always add a note when booking/changing an appointment if you would like to request a specific time and we will try accommodate this as always.
- When your visit is completed it will be marked "completed" on your online calendar so you can be sure your pets have been cared for. We can also send you a message/photo from the visit which will appear on your portal and will be sent to your email or text (all messages sent via the portal can be unsubscribed from if you wish).
- You can update our records if you change address or phone number.
- Your pets have their own section of the portal where you can add photos,birthdays,vet contacts,feeding instructions,medications,special instructions etc. Be sure to add your pet's birthday so we know when its their special day!
- You will be able to access online invoices for the services you have used and see if you are up to date on your payments or have any credit to use.
- Here you will also find options to pay invoices online via credit card or e-check through WePay.
